Retainer Clients

If you are a start up company or have not yes succeeded in gernerating substantial revenues, you may not be in a position to afford to pay legal fees at the outset but you will want to manage risk and to move forward generating profit. We offer a system of monthly retainers shaped to your cashflow, which means that we will do the work for a small upfront payment and thereafter a monthly retainer which you can afford. It is in our joint intersts to help you grow into a sucessful enterprise.

Company Secretarial Services

To reduce the administrative burden and risk of personal lability, we provide a company secretarial service through our secretarial company Attorney Secretary Services Limited. This service includes the provision of a corporate secretary, registered office, handling of communications to registered office, dealing with your annual return and keeping your statutory books and records up to date.
