Cadbury probate ''still not finalised'' after two years

The estate of chocolate heir Peter Cadbury has still not been distributed, two years after his death, it has been reported.

According to the Daily Telegraph, a dispute is believed to be raging between his widow Jane and her three step-children.

TV, travel and airline entrepreneur Mr Cadbury, who had five children across three marriages, is reported to have made more than one will.

One of his children told the newspaper, that probate had been granted on the English version but one held in the Bahamas had yet to be finalised.

No comment was made over the relationship between Jane Cadbury and her stepchildren.

Peter Cadbury established and operated Westward Television, an early commercial channel for Devon and Cornwall which ran between 1960 and 1980.

The grandson of George Cadbury, founder of the Bournville chocolate business, he died aged 88 on April 17th 2006.
