Admitted as a solicitor in 1998. Swati joined the firm in 2003
and became a Partner for the firm in 2006. Swati has
experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, including
sales and purchases of commercial and residential portfolios;
commercial landlord and tenant work (including contested renewals
under the 1954 Act); preservation and disposal of the property
assets of insolvent individuals and companies; corporate
restructuring. She has acted for restaurant clients, advising them
on property and licensing issues. In 2001, Swati obtained a Masters
degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from the University of
London.
