I have been a solicitor for 30 years and have worked for most of that time as a partner. I have a wide experience of the law, and firmly believe that the rule of law is the best available framework for a Civil Society so that enterprises contribute to the well-being and wealth of all its citizens. As head of the Corporate Group, my job is to ensure that we work enthusiasticaly to help your business minimise risk and create wealth.
I am experienced in mergers and acquisitions and in UK junior public markets PLUS markets and AIM. I believe in the establishment of enterprises both in the Commercial and in the Social Economy sectors, the proper management of risk and wealth creation.

I believe in grooming your company for AIM or PLUS markets in such a way as to be intrumental in leveraging your business into a financial position and profile that would ordinarily that 3-5 years to achieve.
I am Vice Chair of Westminster Mencap, the Chair of Kith and Kids, a trustee of the Roy Kinnear Charitable Foundation and Disability Law Service. I am also secretary of the Law Society's special interest group; Lawyers for People with Learning Disabilities and a trustee and founder of Newham Riding School & Association.
My particular objective is to apply my corporate finance skills to benefit charities and social enterprises in the growing Social Economy Sector,
