Anthony Rose is a company and commercial solicitor experienced in all aspects of commercial and merger and acquisitions work and with a particular knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance industry. Anthony acts for a number of Lloyd's insurance brokers. He has been head of the corporate department of two top 50 City law firms, prior to which he spent several years working in industry.
