Public Sector

We act for a number of organisations operating in the public sector including non profit making organisations, housing associations, local authorities, transport companies in both the private and public sectors and NHS Trusts.

Vizards Tweedie has wide experience in dealing with major infrastructure projects as a result of our parliamentary agency practice.  We have represented local authorities, environmental bodies and businesses in connection with a variety of schemes authorised by parliament including road and rail transport, bridge and river works.

We are involved in projects for Inner London Regeneration Trusts, development projects for NHS Trusts and provide landlord and tenant advice to privatised and public yield companies.

As part of our policy to build a partnership with our clients, we offer assistance with staff training for the public sector.  Experience has shown that this is beneficial as a forum within which to develop a rapport between our staff and personnel.  Training can be structured to fit in with your own development policies.
