Service Standards
At Vizards Tweedie we believe that quality of service is the
cornerstone of our practice. We adhere to strict standards to
ensure that the quality of service is maintained throughout the
firm. We were accredited to the quality standard ISO 9001 in March
2000. We are currently in the process of changing our practice
standards from ISO 9001 to Lexcel, which is the Law Society’s
practice management quality mark, specific to the legal
profession.
A copy of the service standards adopted by the firm is available
on request.
We allocate a partner to be responsible for each client. That
partner is then the client’s main point of contact and will manage
the client’s caseload.
We encourage clients to liaise with that partner and to raise
any concerns they may have with him or her. Where appropriate, work
may be allocated to more junior fee earners, who will work in
conjunction with the supervising partner.
Internal and external audits are regularly carried out as part
of the Lexcel monitoring process.
